Money and work. Where you work, employer details, monthly income, bank account information, other financial details, existing loans or obligations, and credit history.

Device and browsing. IP address, browser and device type, operating system, device ID, rough location, pages visited and when, and how you landed on the site.

Conversations. If you email, call, or chat with support, we may keep a record of that conversation.

5. Cookies and similar tools

6. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it, when needed, with:

• Lending partners. If you apply through our platform, including on Kivo Credit, we share relevant details with the partner handling the loan, with the right consent and in line with the law. That partner follows its own privacy policy.
• Service providers for hosting, KYC, payments, communication, support, fraud prevention, analytics, and security. They may use the information only for the job they do for us, under proper agreements.
• Credit bureaus, where the law permits and with the right consent.
• Government and legal bodies, when required by law, regulation, a court order, or an authority.
• A business change. If flowcapital is merged, acquired, restructured, or sells part of the business, information might transfer as part of that deal, with legal safeguards.

7. Keeping your data safe

We take reasonable technical, organisational, and administrative steps to protect information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, change, leak, or destruction. No system on the internet is completely secure. Keep passwords, OTPs, and login details to yourself. We will not casually ask you to share sensitive login information.

8. How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it to provide services, keep business records, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements. How long depends on what the information is and why we collected it.

9. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may be able to see the personal information we hold, ask us to fix anything inaccurate, withdraw consent where we relied on it, ask us to delete data where that is legally possible, raise a concern, or opt out of promotional messages. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything the law requires, or anything necessary to keep a contract going.

10. Marketing messages

Our website may link to sites or apps we do not run, including Kivo Credit where a separate policy applies. We are not responsible for how those sites handle privacy. Check their policies before you share anything.

12. Younger users

Services are for people who meet the age and eligibility rules of the product. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone who is not legally eligible. If you think we have collected information about someone underage, contact us so we can act.
